Jigra, directed by Vasan Bala, has already wrapped filming. However, it was recently revealed that Alia had to hone her basketball skills for the movie . As per reports, the actress has several scenes where she plays basketball. To ensure these scenes looked authentic, director Vasan Bala brought in a dedicated coach to train Alia.

Alia's basketball training wasn't just about shooting hoops! The coach meticulously trained her in the game's fundamentals, including dribbling, passing, and even dunking the ball (an impressive feat!).

Joining Alia on the court in Jigra is Vedang Raina, known for his role in The Archies. Interestingly, Vedang will be portraying Alia's brother in the film, which adds another layer of intrigue to their on-screen dynamic.
